Pipe Bending Facility

Utilizes a 100 T pipe bending NC machine for accurate multiple bends, especially for handrail pipes in buses. The facility features a dust-free room for optimal machine performance.

CNC Plasma Cutting

Capable of cutting sheet metal from 0.8mm to 16mm (plasma) and up to 200mm (oxy torch), with a large bed size for high production and precise cutting accuracy.

In-house Laser Cutting Machine

Cuts sheet metal from 2mm to 12mm with high precision and speed due to a large bed size and advanced controller.

500 Tons Hydraulic Draw Press

A double-action press with a large bed size and H-type frame for stable pressure, crucial for drawing complex sheet metal components.

In-house Tool Room Facility

Equipped with automatic surface grinders, lathe machines, and M1TR, capable of designing and completing over 20 tools per month.

Robotic Welding and Fixturing

Incorporating automatic and new-age machinery for leading innovations in processes and ensuring quality.

Welding Facilities

A professionally designed weld shop with over 25 stations, capable of assembling over 100 parts simultaneously, using state-of-the-art weld fixtures and regularly trained welders for accuracy and consistency.

Press Brake & Shearing Facilities

Includes CNC hydraulic bending machines (4mm up to 4.2m, 160 tons) and CNC shearing machines (6mm up to 4.2m) for maximum accuracy.

An ancillary to Ashok Leyland, featuring conveyorized painting (powder and spray), and main assembly for fuel tanks and bus body parts.

Pantnagar Plant, SIDCUL, Uttarakhand (Since 2013)

Our most extensive and latest plant, housing a full-fledged press shop (20-200 tons), shearing and bending machines (up to 8mm), and an assembly shop for fuel tanks.

New Faridabad (Palwal) Facility (Since 2025)

A huge factory spanning 2.73 acres with a covered area of approximately 21,000 sq feet, including a 10-ton overhead crane facility, strategically located facing the Mathura Highway.
